We want you to ask every question you can think of at your appointment. We want you to feel comfortable even if you think your question might be silly or stupid – Don't Worry It Isn't.

GENERAL COMPUTING QUESTIONS

How can I tell if my computer has a virus or is infected by Spyware?

Some of the most common symptoms include: the computer runs slower than usual, frequently crashes, has error messages, freezes up, has unwanted pop-ups or you have unusual internet connectivity issues. My computer is running very slow, what are the possible issues?

We conduct a comprehensive analysis of your issues when we arrive and will provide cost effective options to solve them.

I know I should backup my stuff but it takes time and the program is not that easy to use.

We understand. We set up backup systems that are automated and automatic. This takes the pain and mistakes out of backing up your data and allows us to get you up and running quickly in case you have an unavoidable disaster.

I hear a whirring sound every time I pull up a file, should I be worried?

How can I be sure you will get us back up and running quickly?

Some disasters are unavoidable. The preventative measures we provide can minimize the impact.
